Elev8 has secured a Securities Dealer License (SDL) from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles, marking a significant step in the broker's international regulatory expansion.

The FSA, established under the Seychelles Financial Services Authority Act of 2003, is the autonomous regulatory body responsible for supervising non-bank financial services in the jurisdiction. The FSA has become a commonly sought regulatory authority among international retail brokers, joining jurisdictions such as Mauritius, Vanuatu, and Belize that brokers frequently use as part of multi-jurisdictional licensing structures. To obtain the SDL, Elev8 was required to pass the FSA's evaluations covering risk management, corporate governance, and operational oversight.
