BPM Partners Names Una AI a 2026 Core Vendor with “Outstanding” Customer Satisfaction

Una AI, an AI-powered financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform, has been named a 2026 Core Vendor by BPM Partners, earning an “Outstanding” overall customer-satisfaction rating in the advisory firm’s 2026 BPM Pulse research.

Out of dozens of vendors in the FP&A software space, Una AI is among the 14 covered in BPM Partners’ 2026–2027 Vendor Landscape Matrix. Core Vendors are selected by the vendor-neutral advisory firm based on functionality, market success, and customer success.

The recognition was announced in the firm’s Pulse of Performance Management 2026 webinar and report. It comes one year after Una AI was named Best New Vendor, marking a second consecutive year of acknowledgment from BPM Partners, and follows separate recognition from independent technology ROI research firm Nucleus Research, which named Una a 2026 Hot Company to Watch.

The Outstanding rating comes directly from customers surveyed in the research, who rated Analytics the platform’s strongest functionality. Customer Support also scored Outstanding. Every surveyed customer said they would recommend Una AI — a 100% recommendation rate.

“Una AI was our Best New Vendor of the Year last year, and they’ve quickly gained market traction and made it to our Core Vendor list,” said Craig Schiff, CEO and Lead Analyst at BPM Partners. “Their Outstanding Overall Customer Satisfaction rating should keep them there.”

“FP&A software has spent two decades automating the plan. Our bet is that the next decade belongs to platforms that help finance understand the business — analytics and AI that surface what’s changing and why, while there’s still time to act,” said Michael Morrison, CEO of Una AI. “Customers rating analytics our strongest functionality tells us the market is making the same bet.”

“The lightbulb moment came when we used Una AI to generate waterfall charts for budget versus actuals. It made the data feel real in a way spreadsheets never could,” said Steven DeBoer, VP of Finance & Business Operations at 4AG Robotics, an industrial automation company and Una AI customer.

In the webinar, Schiff noted that Una AI covers the full spectrum of FP&A but stands apart as an AI-native platform for connected revenue planning, monitoring every component that impacts revenue targets as it happens.

The report highlighted several of the platform’s capabilities, including the Action Tracker, AI-powered predictive forecasting, and an MCP Server that lets finance teams work with their plans from AI assistants like Claude. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard introduced by Anthropic, the maker of Claude, for connecting AI assistants to external tools and data sources — an integration pattern that has spread across enterprise software as AI assistants take on a larger role in day-to-day workflows.

By Schiff’s own framing, the measure to watch in next year’s Pulse is whether the Outstanding satisfaction rating and the 100% recommendation score behind it hold — the factor he tied to Una AI’s place on the Core Vendor list.
