Securitize and Neuberger Launch Tokenized High-Yield Bond Fund HINC Across Four Blockchains

Securitize has launched a new tokenized fixed-income fund in partnership with Neuberger, one of the world's largest asset managers. The vehicle, named the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC), brings Neuberger's fixed-income capabilities onchain and marks the first time the firm has served as subadvisor to a tokenized fund. The multi-chain product targets qualified investors seeking exposure to high-yield bonds, collateralized loan obligations, and leveraged loans.

Securitize announced the launch on August 18, 2026, in a post on X:

Neuberger manages $230 billion in fixed-income assets and roughly $613 billion in total assets. HINC will invest primarily in high-yield bonds, with additional exposure to collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and leveraged loans. High-yield bonds are debt issued by companies rated below investment grade, while CLOs repackage leveraged loans — bank loans to companies that already carry substantial debt — into tradable securities.

The fund is available to accredited investors and qualified purchasers. Prospective investors must complete onboarding, know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks, and meet applicable jurisdictional requirements.

Issued Across Four Blockchain Networks

HINC is issued across Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and Sui, with Securitize providing the infrastructure to issue and manage the fund's tokenized shares on all four networks. Multi-chain issuance means investors can hold the same fund on whichever of the four networks they already use, rather than accessing it through a single blockchain ecosystem.

Securitize CEO Carlos Domingo said the launch gives eligible investors access to Neuberger's fixed-income approach through four leading blockchain networks, and described the platform as regulated and end-to-end.

Securitize Capital LLC will serve as HINC's investment adviser. Securitize gained registered investment adviser status with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last month. That status places the adviser under SEC oversight under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the same regulatory framework that applies to traditional fund advisers.

Anil Abraham, Head of Product Management at Neuberger, said the firm is extending its actively managed, research-driven fixed-income process to on-chain investors.

Securitize's Growing Tokenized Asset Portfolio

Securitize currently has about $4.96 billion in distributed asset value across 26 tokenized real-world assets. Its existing products include BlackRock's $2.7 billion BUIDL fund, a tokenized institutional liquidity fund launched in 2024, a $355 million tokenized AAA CLO fund, and a $95 million Apollo diversified credit fund.

The company went public on July 2, becoming the first firm to debut simultaneously on the New York Stock Exchange and onchain. In the first quarter of 2026, Securitize posted record revenue of $19.5 million, up nearly 40% year over year, and reported $3.4 billion in tokenized assets under management at the time.

Securitize shares rose around 5% on Tuesday following the announcement, bringing the company's market capitalization to roughly $838 million. Despite the gain, the stock remains down more than 50% from the levels it reached shortly after its public debut in July.

Growing Demand for Yield-Generating Products

The launch comes as demand grows for yield-generating products. Capital costs have risen, pushing investors toward active fixed-income strategies. Neuberger is the latest traditional asset manager to move into tokenization, joining BlackRock and Franklin Templeton, which manages an on-chain U.S. government money market fund. The entry extends tokenized offerings further into corporate credit, beyond the money-market-style products that anchored the sector's early growth.

Neuberger's fixed-income platform has operated through multiple market cycles, and the firm says its on-chain expansion allows it to reach a new segment of qualified investors around the world.
