Eventus International is inviting Latin America’s gaming community to a LinkedIn Live webinar that will offer a preview of the discussions planned for LiGA Summit 2026, which is scheduled to take place in Lima in September.

The 45-minute LinkedIn Live session will be moderated by Margarita Cruz, president of LiGA Summit and Eventus International’s ambassador for the Americas. The event will bring together a panel of industry leaders to discuss regulatory, commercial and operational developments currently shaping the gaming sector in Latin America.

Cruz will be joined by four additional LiGA Summit speakers and will lead conversations on several of the industry’s key topics, including Peru’s new gaming regulatory framework, compliance under the new regime, emerging market opportunities, responsible gaming and product innovation. Peru has been formalizing oversight of online gaming and sports betting under a dedicated legal framework, making licensing, tax, advertising, anti-money laundering and player-protection requirements important areas of focus for operators and suppliers active in the market.

Eventus International said the webinar is intended to provide useful context ahead of more in-depth discussions at the official summit, which will be held on September 17 and 18, 2026, at El Pardo Lima – A DoubleTree by Hilton. The focus on regulation and regional cooperation also reflects a broader trend across Latin America, where gaming companies are navigating different national approaches to market access, compliance and responsible gaming standards.
