Jump Partners With FMG to Surface Compliance-Approved Content in Advisors' Post-Meeting Workflows

Jump, which bills itself as the leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for advisors and financial services professionals, has announced an integration with FMG Suite (“FMG”), a marketing and growth platform for financial advisors, insurance professionals, and enterprises.

Built through FMG Connect — the integration and orchestration layer FMG recently introduced to allow external advisor tools to connect with its platform — the new workflow surfaces relevant, compliance-approved FMG content based on what was discussed in client conversations. The surfaced materials are presented for advisors to review and use in post-meeting follow-up. Because the suggested material comes from a library that has already cleared compliance review, the workflow starts from content aligned with firm standards — a relevant baseline in a field where client-facing communications must satisfy compliance oversight before they reach a client.

“Client conversations often raise questions that deserve more attention after the meeting, but finding the right resources takes time,” said Parker Ence, chief executive officer and co-founder of Jump. “Our integration with FMG will help advisors find relevant, firm-approved content based on what their clients actually discussed. Advisors can spend less time searching for materials and provide more thoughtful follow-up, while deciding for themselves what to share.”

The companies illustrated the workflow with an example: if a client raises questions about retirement income during a meeting, Jump could surface an FMG educational resource on that topic for the advisor to review and consider including in a post-meeting follow-up. The advisor retains control over the communication, deciding whether the material fits the client's needs and whether to send it.

The milestone builds on FMG's recent introduction of that connectivity layer, through which Jump served as one of seven early-access partners developing integrations. The new workflow advances that early work into a concrete meeting-to-marketing experience, linking the substance of client meetings directly to marketing and communication resources. In effect, the integration connects the two ends of a single client interaction: the tool that captures what was discussed in the meeting and the platform that shapes what the advisor sends afterward.

“Finding the right content is easier when it starts with the conversation an advisor just had,” said Michelle Feinstein, chief product and strategy officer at FMG. “By connecting FMG's content with meeting context from Jump, we're helping advisors identify relevant resources in real time and decide how best to use them in their client communications.”

According to the announcement, the integration extends Jump's ability to turn meeting intelligence into action across the advisor technology ecosystem, helping advisors apply insights from client conversations to guide ongoing engagement. With Jump among FMG Connect's seven early-access partners, integrations from the rest of that cohort are the immediate points of reference for how the recently launched connectivity layer develops next.
