IVU Traffic Technologies Raises 2026 Outlook After Strong First-Half Results

IVU Traffic Technologies AG, a software and IT solutions provider for bus and rail companies, is expanding its investor relations efforts to improve transparency around business performance for investors and analysts. The company said it will accelerate its fast-close processes and begin holding interim analyst conference calls starting in Q3 2026, a shift that will also bring its reporting schedule forward by about two weeks.

The move follows strong preliminary results for the first half of 2026, which prompted IVU to raise its full-year earnings outlook. In an ad hoc announcement on July 20, 2026, the company said operating profit (EBIT) for the first half of 2026 increased to EUR 3.3 million from EUR 1.0 million in the same period last year. IVU said the improvement was driven by growth in recurring revenue and the initial impact of efficiency measures.

As a result, the Executive Board now expects full-year 2026 EBIT of approximately EUR 22 million, up from the previous forecast of EUR 20 million and compared with EUR 18.6 million in 2025. The company left its outlook for consolidated revenue of over EUR 160 million and gross profit of approximately EUR 130 million unchanged.

Beginning in Q3 2026, IVU will advance its reporting schedule by about two weeks as a result of the streamlined fast-close process. For example, the results for the first nine months of 2026 will be published on November 5, 2026. All reports will be available on the company’s investor relations website at

The company also said interim analyst conference calls will become standard practice, giving investors and analysts an opportunity to discuss earnings performance with the Executive Board in English. IVU added that additional in-person and digital communication formats are planned as part of the broader push for more consistent capital markets communication.

“We have demonstrated in recent years that our business model is viable and scalable. The preliminary figures for the first half of 2026 and the resulting upward revision of our full-year outlook strongly underscore this. Now is the time to make this strength even more visible on the capital markets – with greater transparency, more dialogue, and greater consistency in our communications,” said Petra Meiser, CFO of IVU Traffic Technologies AG.

IVU said it plans to publish its final half-year results on August 27, 2026.
