Hamilton Reserve Bank said it has more than US$20 billion in deposits and custodial assets and serves clients from 150 countries in 126 currencies and 15 languages. Trinity Group is described as a leading UAE-based corporate services provider.
The companies said the marketing alliance is intended to connect corporate solutions with efficient banking services, addressing demand for integrated, fast, safe and compliant financial services around the clock. For cross-border entrepreneurs and corporate clients, company formation and bank-account onboarding are often linked processes, with documentation, compliance checks and currency needs affecting how quickly an entity can begin operating internationally.
“Hamilton Reserve Bank is a market leader in cross-border payments, treasury management, and asset custody,” said Ghassan Nasr, CEO, International Markets, Hamilton Reserve Bank. “Trinity Group strengthens our existing Dubai bank branch presence in the MENA region.”
Simon Hanley, CEO of Trinity Group, said the alliance will allow clients to access both company formation and banking services.
“Clients can now benefit from both company formations and banking. Alongside Hamilton Reserve Bank, we will provide remarkable experience for entrepreneurs by establishing Nevis entities while maintaining a high service standard for corporate advisory,” Hanley said.
The companies listed key client benefits as:
- Streamlined bank account opening within 48 hours for new entities.

- Access to Hamilton Reserve Bank’s large, award-winning multicurrency banking platform serving clients in 150 countries.
The announcement also described Nevis as a premier jurisdiction for cross-border businesses, citing its English common law heritage and banking sophistication through Hamilton Reserve Bank. The focus on Nevis entities and MENA-region access positions the alliance around clients seeking international structuring support alongside multicurrency banking capabilities.
