Endeavor, a global entrepreneurial network founded in 1997, has inaugurated its first Asia-Pacific Global Hub in Singapore, designed to help founders scale internationally by connecting them with mentors, investors, and business partners across its worldwide platform.
The Singapore hub is backed by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG). It will function as a gateway for entrepreneurs pursuing cross-border growth while enabling Singapore-based startups to tap into Endeavor's network spanning more than 50 countries. The move comes as global entrepreneurial support organizations increasingly look to Southeast Asia, a region of over 600 million people, as a growth frontier for digital innovation.
The initiative deepens Endeavor's footprint in the Asia-Pacific region and reinforces its existing portfolio of Singapore-headquartered companies, which includes Advance Intelligence Group, Carousell, Carro, ShopBack, and StashAway.
Through the Global Hub, founders will gain access to Endeavor's network of over 3,000 entrepreneurs, along with strategic introductions, mentorship, fundraising assistance, and partnerships with organizations such as Amazon Web Services, Carta, and Aspire.
The hub will also offer access to Endeavor's MatchCap program, which connects founders with global investors through curated fundraising roadshows, as well as industry-focused engagements delivering market intelligence and sector-specific expertise.
"As founders increasingly build companies with global ambitions from day one, they need a base that offers frictionless access to capital, talent, and market opportunities," Endeavor said in its launch announcement.
Endeavor is also rolling out several new programs tailored to startups at various growth stages. The Unicorn Builder Program, slated to launch later this year, is aimed at high-growth companies with the potential to become globally competitive. Meanwhile, Endeavor Next will convene experienced entrepreneurs building new ventures, providing repeat founders with an invitation-only community to exchange ideas and validate business strategies.
Endeavor Co-Founder and CEO Linda Rottenberg described the Singapore hub as a platform designed to give founders a global base for expansion.
"At Endeavor, we know incredible talent is not just in Silicon Valley or China, but elsewhere," Ms. Rottenberg said.
"For entrepreneurs from Southeast Asia, expanding across borders too often means starting from scratch. Our Global Hub in Singapore gives founders from around the world a head start: a home base, a trusted network, and the right introductions to the people who can help them grow," she added.
Singapore was chosen as the hub's location due to its mature startup ecosystem and strong capital access. The country ranks fourth globally in the 2026 Global Startup Ecosystem Index and hosts more than 4,500 technology startups, over 500 venture capital firms, and 220 incubators and accelerators. Singapore has long served as a regional headquarters hub for multinational technology companies, and the Endeavor hub extends that positioning to high-growth entrepreneurial ventures seeking a launchpad into neighboring ASEAN markets.
According to Endeavor, Singapore captured more than 65% of Southeast Asia's venture capital deal volume and over 72% of total deal value in 2025, while housing more than 70 artificial intelligence centers of excellence.
EDB Managing Director Jermaine Loy said the partnership strengthens Singapore's goal of becoming a premier innovation hub.
"Innovation-led companies will define the next chapter of global business growth," Mr. Loy said. "This partnership with Endeavor builds on Singapore's efforts to attract ambitious founders, while reinforcing our position as a leading global innovation hub."
EnterpriseSG Managing Director Cindy Khoo said that linking founders with seasoned entrepreneurs and investors would help startups manage growth challenges and pursue international expansion.
