Kingstown, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, August 11th, 2026 — ChangeNOW has announced the first participant in its Fast Track Program: the Dreamster wallet, a non-custodial wallet built around music ownership. The program, which has been operating for several months, is designed to help emerging non-custodial wallets generate revenue from cryptocurrency swaps starting on day one while expanding their audience reach.

Dreamster: Returning Music Ownership to the Listener

Dreamster is a multi-chain wallet available on iOS, Android, and as a Chrome extension. It supports transactions across Base, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Optimism, Fantom, and Bittensor, with additional networks added as integrations are completed, alongside major stablecoins.

The wallet's design philosophy draws inspiration from the pre-streaming era. Where a purchased cassette or CD belonged to the listener indefinitely — replayable at will or shareable with friends — streaming services replaced that model with temporary access that expires when a subscription lapses. Dreamster moves this concept on-chain through Digital Music Assets (DMAs). Users can purchase a share in a song and potentially receive returns as the track gains traction, with the option to sell the share back at any time. Music tokenization has gained traction within Web3 as artists and platforms seek alternatives to the fraction-of-a-cent per-stream payouts that define major streaming platforms, where revenue is typically split between the service, labels, and rights holders before reaching creators.

A key distinction: Dreamster is the first non-custodial wallet in which DMAs can be stored and played directly within the application, eliminating the need for a separate app to hold and listen to digital music assets.

The native $DSTER token operates on Base, and purchasing DMAs on the Dreamster platform may qualify users for token-based rewards. Within the app, users can purchase cryptocurrency using a bank card and swap hundreds of assets without exiting the wallet. All swaps are powered by ChangeNOW, serving as Dreamster's primary swap provider. Fast Track Program Benefits

The Fast Track Program addresses a challenge common to nearly all new wallets: exchange infrastructure is accessible to only a limited number of projects, yet products must be monetized and promoted immediately upon launch. While swap fees have become a standard revenue mechanism for wallet providers, independently securing exchange API integrations, liquidity access, and competitive revenue-sharing terms can require significant development resources and negotiation — barriers that can delay monetization for months after a wallet's public release.

Each participant receives a ChangeNOW Exchange API integration with a starting revenue share of 0.4% of swap volume. Revenue sharing begins on the day the integration goes live.

On the marketing side, ChangeNOW provides media placements reaching a combined audience exceeding 300,000, supplemented by ChangeNOW's own channels with over 100,000 followers. Participants also gain a presence at major industry conferences.

Joint Initiatives Between ChangeNOW and Dreamster

The collaboration extends beyond the initial announcement. The two teams are preparing a series of joint publications, an AMA session for both communities, and an activation at TOKEN2049 in Singapore, scheduled for October 7–8, 2026. A dedicated zone for Fast Track participants at the ChangeNOW booth will enable Dreamster to present its product directly to conference attendees.
