Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), a Philippine Stock Exchange-listed developer headquartered in Cebu with projects across the Visayas and Mindanao, has opened the Astra Lifestyle Centre in Mandaue City, Cebu province, adding a retail component to its Astra Centre mixed-use development as the company broadens its commercial property portfolio.

“Astra Lifestyle Centre reflects our vision of creating more than just retail spaces, but destinations that become part of people’s everyday lives,” Joanna Marie S. Bergundthal, chief people and strategy officer at CLI, said in a stock exchange disclosure on Friday.

The retail hub sits within the 1.23-hectare Astra Centre estate, which brings together retail, office, residential, and hotel developments.

Its food and beverage lineup includes Nabe Izakaya and Hotpot, Refuel Specialty Coffee and Bistro, and Hai Chix and Steaks, all of which are entering the Cebu market. The mall also hosts local brands such as Tales and Feelings, Commonly Uncommon, Tian Fu, Kalipay Filipino Restaurant, Ondo Bakery, Seoul Moon, Each Café, and Cloud Nine Creamery.

Other tenants include Metro Supermarket, ATE by TATA, The Little Gym, Well Played Playground, CWC Interiors, Nova Skin, A Plus Clinic Premier Aesthetics, Inner Peace, Spaholics, and Jess Luxuriesse. Upcoming openings include Much Love Mom, Little Italy Pizzeria, and Studio 300.

Astra Lifestyle Centre won the Best Retail Architectural Design award at the 14th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards in August.

The wider Astra Centre estate also houses the P1.99-billion Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue, which opened in April as the first Radisson RED property in the Philippines, alongside the One Astra Place residential project and the 16,470-square-meter Astra Corporate Center office tower. The development is located near Cebu IT Park and Cebu Business Park, Metro Cebu’s major business districts, and Mactan-Cebu International Airport, the region’s main international gateway.
