DUBAI, UAE, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has officially launched Bybit AI, a conversational assistant that brings the exchange’s core services into a single chat interface within the Bybit app.
Bybit AI allows users to describe requests in plain language. The assistant interprets their intent and carries out the requested action on their behalf, serving as an intelligent co-pilot for everyday trading and account management. The service is available through Bybit AI.
A conversational approach to financial services
“Bybit AI is an important part of our roadmap for the New Financial Platform,” said Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit. “We want to make it easier for users to access the financial services they need in one place. As we continue to develop Bybit AI, users will be able to use it to find and access a wider range of products and services on Bybit. The idea is simple: you tell Bybit AI what you want to do, and it helps you find the right products and services to get it done, like having a team of financial experts right in your pocket.”
The assistant is designed to replace the fragmented experience of navigating web pages, menus and dashboards with a continuous conversation. Rather than searching for a separate tool to check a portfolio balance, place a trade or submit a support ticket, users can state their request in natural language, with Bybit AI carrying out the underlying action within the chat.
Bybit said it built the product around the principle that infrastructure should provide the underlying connections while individual business lines plug into a single interface. This design presents the exchange’s services as one continuous assistant instead of a collection of disconnected products.
The company also disclosed a roadmap to connect its services through Open API, bringing trading, earn, loans, card services and customer support into a more unified experience.
“We are not looking to add another dashboard or bolt on another chatbot,” said Rockman Zhang, CTO at Bybit. “The goal is to make it easier for users to find what they need and take action in one place, with a simple interface that brings the right products and services together.”
Initial rollout and security architecture
In its initial rollout, Bybit AI is being deployed for all users through two main modules.
The first is a single AI assistant covering key and essential features across Spot, Futures and Options trading, Bybit Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Loan, P2P, Bybit Card, Spot X, the Rewards Hub, and notification and subscription management.
The second is an intelligent support module. Bybit AI will work alongside professional human agents as the company integrates customer service directly into the assistant. Bybit said the upgraded system is intended to help resolve customer queries faster, better and more effectively while retaining the human element of support.
Eligible users must first activate Bybit AI. Activation creates a dedicated Bybit AI sub-account. Bybit said the system uses a security-first architecture, with the sub-account isolated from the user’s main balance to help avoid potential AI-related risks. The setup does not require an API key or manual configuration, allowing for immediate onboarding.
Bybit AI livestream
Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit, is scheduled to officially unveil Bybit AI and demonstrate the co-pilot on Sept. 9, 2026, at 08:00 UTC during a livestream on Bybit. Information about the event is available through How it works: Bybit AI Livestream.
Bybit said the launch reflects its ambition to develop a New Financial Platform for the AI era. The company is applying artificial intelligence not only as an additional feature but also as a connective layer across trading, wealth management and everyday account activity. According to Bybit, the launch is an early step in a longer roadmap toward AI-native financial services, with conversational intelligence positioned as part of the platform’s core infrastructure.
