ALLHOME Corp. President and Chief Operating Officer Maribel N. Sibayan has stepped down less than a year after being appointed to lead the Villar family's home improvement retail business, the company disclosed on Thursday.

According to the disclosure, Ms. Sibayan's resignation took effect on Sept. 2.

She was elected president and chief operating officer on Sept. 24, 2025, replacing Frances Rosalie T. Coloma, who had been serving as acting president and chief operating officer. Her exit marks the second change at the top of AllHome in under a year, leaving the company to search for a new president as it awaits the disclosure of successor appointments.

Ms. Sibayan brought extensive retail-sector experience to the role. Before joining AllHome, she held leadership positions across the Philippine retail industry, including posts at Philippine Global Communications, Inc., Uniwide Sales Warehouse Club, Super Shopper Market, Inc., Rustan Supercenters, Inc., Metro Gaisano, and AllDay Marts, Inc.

She later served as chief operating officer of MerryMart Grocery Centers, Inc. from 2020 to 2022, and as vice-president for operations at SM Mart, Inc. from 2022 to 2023. She also previously chaired the board of People's Television Network, Inc.

Her departure came alongside the resignation of AllHome independent director Susana M. So.

"During the Special Meeting of the board of directors of AllHome Corp. held on Sept. 2, 2026, Susana M. So and Maribel N. Sibayan tendered their respective resignations as Independent Director and President of the company," AllHome said.

"The company shall, in due course, disclose the election and appointment of their respective successors to fill the resulting vacancies," it added.

Ms. So also stepped down as an independent director of AllDay Marts, Inc., another Villar-linked retail company. AllHome and AllDay Marts are part of the retail portfolio of the Villar group, which also spans Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. and other property and retail businesses.

Separately, AllDay announced the election of Louella M. Fernandez as chief audit executive. She will serve the unexpired term of Maria Charissa U. Josef.

Ms. Fernandez was finance head of Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc. from 2017 to 2019 and held controller positions at Globalland Property Management, Inc. & Subsidiary, Environet Total Services, Inc. & Subsidiary, and GetAll Corp. She also previously served as controller and compliance officer of AllHome before joining AllDay Marts as chief audit executive.

AllHome shares were last traded at P0.24 apiece on June 1, before the stock was suspended from trading, meaning investors currently have no market to trade the shares pending the resumption of trading. — Alexandria Grace C. Magmo
