首席执行官Christopher Eager称，此次提交是一个关键的监管步骤。“Lodging of the Mining Concession Application is a key regulatory step toward converting our trial mining operation at Novo Mundo into a fully licensed, long-term producing asset,” 他说。“It reflects the steady execution of our permitting strategy in the Alta Floresta Gold Province and moves us closer to establishing Novo Mundo as a sustainable cash generator for Resouro.”

Eager先生补充称，该申请“further strengthens Resouro's position as a growing gold developer with a meaningful presence in the highly prospective Alta Floresta Gold Province, one of Brazil's prolific gold-producing regions.”

私募配售与Tiros项目进展

2026年7月早些时候，Resouro Strategic宣布进行无经纪人参与的私募配售，目标募集总额最高达C$2,000,000。公司计划将资金用于界定预可行性研究（PFS）范围，继续推进其位于巴西Minas Gerais的世界级Tiros稀土和钛项目，并支持一般营运资金需求。此前，公司已于2026年6月宣布完成Tiros项目的初步经济评估（PEA）。在矿业开发流程中，PFS通常承接较早阶段的经济研究，用于在作出更高级别开发决策前，进一步明确技术设计、加工假设、资本需求和项目经济性。

“We're encouraged by the interest we've seen in our Tiros project since the announcement of our PEA last month,” Eager先生表示。“This financing will allow us to build on the momentum of that announcement, by starting scoping studies for the PFS and conducting further metallurgical testwork to improve the titanium and rare earths recoveries at Tiros.”
