Key highlights from the 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report include:

• Supplying more than 330 million tonnes of LNG since 2016, accounting for over 55% of all U.S. LNG and approximately 9% of global LNG exports.
• Producing approximately 25% of Europe's LNG imports while achieving top-quartile safety performance in 2025. That share has taken on added significance as European nations accelerated LNG procurement following the disruption of Russian pipeline gas supply, positioning U.S. Gulf Coast liquefaction as a cornerstone of continental energy security.
• Completing the company's "20/20 Vision" capital allocation plan nearly a year ahead of schedule.
• Becoming the first LNG producer in North America to attain Gold Standard status from the Oil and Gas Methane Partnership 2.0 (OGMP 2.0), the United Nations Environment Programme's flagship oil and gas reporting and mitigation program. The designation places Cheniere among a select group of global operators meeting the highest tier of methane emissions reporting under the UN framework, an area of intensifying regulatory scrutiny in both the United States and the European Union.
• Advancing multiple accretive growth projects, with visibility toward over 100 million tonnes per annum of LNG production capacity by the mid-2030s. A portfolio of that scale would rank Cheniere among the largest LNG operators worldwide by nameplate capacity.
