Crypto payments firm Triple-A’s hot wallets have been drained of more than $9.7 million in assets across several blockchains, according to on-chain analyst Specter, who flagged the outflows on X earlier today.
Singapore-based Triple-A provides merchants and businesses with cryptocurrency payment processing, allowing them to accept digital assets and settle in fiat. The company holds licenses in multiple jurisdictions, meaning the incident could have downstream implications for merchants relying on its infrastructure to move customer funds.
The reported incident comes during a series of security breaches affecting crypto protocols this month.
Specter Flags Triple-A Wallet Drain
The wallet drain involved assets on TRON (TRX), Ethereum (ETH), Polygon (POL), and Arbitrum (ARB). According to the reports, the attackers swapped the assets and bridged the funds to Ethereum.
Hot wallets, which remain internet-connected to facilitate real-time transactions, are a recurring target in crypto thefts because they hold operational liquidity that can be moved quickly if compromised.
The funds are now held in a single wallet: 0x01F83B5d4fb30E8AA3daC1681B4048D9135253b1. The address holds approximately 5,227 ETH, valued at about $9.7 million.
“It looks like the team are not aware as deposit are not disabled and every new deposit is being drained,” Specter posted earlier today.

The reported Triple-A drain adds to a difficult period for crypto security, with on-chain trackers recording multiple thefts across platforms in recent days. Lookonchain counted three separate attacks on July 23 totaling $35.55 million.
Those incidents included AFX Trade, which was hit for $24.15 million; the Verus Ethereum bridge, which lost $7.55 million; and B2 Network, which lost $3.86 million.
The Verus incident marked the project’s second exploit since May. Attackers previously drained roughly $11.58 million in digital assets from Verus on May 18.
