India Becomes Rezolve AI’s Main Development Engine

Rezolve AI has built a 550-person India operation across Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata over the past four years. The team includes engineers, data scientists, researchers, and enterprise delivery specialists serving customers across several markets. As a result, the unit now handles research, platform design, customer integration, and large-scale software deployment.

The India operation connects Rezolve AI Labs with the group technology office and enterprise delivery teams. This structure moves new software from research into customer systems through a single operating model. In turn, Rezolve AI says it can shorten deployment cycles and respond more directly to complex commercial requirements.

Employees come from 42 Indian cities, giving the company access to a broad technical talent base. Rezolve AI also operates in established technology centres with strong engineering and corporate services networks. India therefore provides both development capacity and operational support for the company’s next phase of growth, while giving the company a base that can support customer delivery as enterprise projects move from pilot work into production.

Enterprise Pipeline Reaches About $50 Million

India-led customer and partner engagements represent about $50 million in total contract value across their agreed terms. However, that figure does not represent recognized revenue, recurring revenue, bookings, or immediate cash receipts. It also does not add revenue beyond Rezolve AI’s existing full-year 2026 guidance.

The company uses a platform-and-services model to win and deliver complex enterprise projects. Its technology teams build core software, while delivery specialists connect products with customer data and business systems. This approach is designed to help enterprises move from limited trials to live systems that can handle commercial tasks.

Rezolve AI’s software platform supports product discovery, customer engagement, personalization, and transaction execution. Revenue Growth Supports the Expansion Plan

Rezolve AI expects preliminary first-half 2026 revenue of about $127 million, based on unaudited figures. That compares with $6.32 million in early 2025 and $46.8 million for the full year. The company also maintained its full-year 2026 revenue guidance at approximately $360 million.

The India operation adds delivery capacity as more companies move automation projects into production. Rezolve AI can use its regional workforce for integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing system management. The company says the unit is therefore a central driver of commercial execution.

Rezolve AI also works with Microsoft, Google, and Tata Consultancy Services on cloud and enterprise programs. Those partnerships connect India-based development with broader sales, infrastructure, and customer delivery networks, giving the company additional operational reach as it pursues larger global contracts.
