Rezolve AI built its 550-employee presence in India over four years across three cities: Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata. The India operations connect Rezolve AI Labs with the company’s technology headquarters and enterprise implementation teams. Employees in the India unit come from 42 different Indian cities, giving the company access to a broad pool of technical talent. About $50 Million in Sales Opportunities

Client and partnership activity handled by the India division represents roughly $50 million in aggregate contract value over the respective engagement periods. The company said this figure does not represent booked revenue, recurring income, finalized sales, or immediate cash inflows. It also falls within Rezolve AI’s previously announced fiscal 2026 projections rather than representing additional upside.

Rezolve AI said it uses a combined platform-and-services model to secure and execute complex enterprise implementations. Technical teams build core software capabilities, while implementation specialists integrate those products with client databases and operational systems. The company said this approach helps businesses move from early evaluation to production environments managing real commercial workflows.

The company’s technology platform offers capabilities spanning product exploration, customer interaction, customization, and transaction processing. That would mark a sharp increase from $6.32 million in early 2025 and $46.8 million for the full year. At the same time, management reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue forecast of approximately $360 million.

The India division is expected to provide implementation capacity as more enterprises move automation projects into live production. Rezolve AI said the regional team supports integration work, quality assurance, deployment activities, and ongoing system administration, making it a key part of the company’s commercial execution.
