TRON's upcoming upgrade is its biggest yet
@Trondao gears up for a major TVM compatibility update after passing tests on the Nile Testnet.
According to the documentation, the update would improve TVM compatibility, security, execution consistency, and support for newer Ethereum opcodes and precompiled contracts.
The mainnet will vote on parameters #95 and #96 on August 25 to enable the GreatVoyage-v4.8.2 (Pyrrho) protocol.
All node operators must upgrade to the latest version, v4.8.2 or v4.8.2.1, by August 25 to stay synced with the high-velocity movement of $TRX and stablecoin coins through the network.
