HONG KONG, July 27, 2026 — Bitcoin Asia 2026 will include a dedicated enterprise and business-to-business programming track for companies, investors, and operators attending Asia’s largest Bitcoin conference. The business-focused program, including Deal Day and the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium, will run alongside the full two-day event at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) on August 27–28.
The conference is expected to bring together participants from across the Bitcoin sector, including long-term holders, open-source developers, newcomers, miners, policy observers, and builders. For attendees arriving in Hong Kong with a specific business agenda, the event will offer an integrated set of enterprise and B2B sessions designed to support meetings, capital discussions, and institutional engagement.
Hong Kong is positioned as a central location for the programming. The city has become one of the world’s active regulatory sandboxes for digital assets, having introduced a licensing framework for virtual asset service providers, approved Bitcoin ETFs, and indicated continued openness to institutional digital asset activity. For companies seeking access to capital and counterparties across Asia-Pacific, Hong Kong provides links to some of the region’s deepest financial networks.
Bitcoin Asia 2026 is expected to attract more than 10,000 attendees from over 125 countries. The event is presented by Metaplanet, a Tokyo-listed Bitcoin treasury company, and organized by BTC Inc., a subsidiary of Nakamoto Inc. (NASDAQ: NAKA).
Deal Day: Structured Capital Matchmaking
Deal Day will be held on August 27 at HKCEC as an invitation-only event connecting Bitcoin companies with banks, funds, and research analysts in a structured, deal-focused setting. Organizers describe the format as distinct from an open networking session or conference floor: every participant is vetted, and every meeting is scheduled in advance.
Presenting companies will host meetings from designated spaces on the HKCEC floor, with 30-minute one-on-one sessions taking place throughout the day. Before the event, BTC Inc. will curate each company’s meeting schedule based on its stated goals. A catered lunch and panel session are planned for midday, followed by a closing Deal Summit Evening Reception.
The format is intended for executives and teams focused on finance, investor relations, strategy, and fundraising. The program is designed for participants who are seeking to advance business discussions rather than primarily attend panel sessions. That structure reflects the practical needs of institutional and corporate Bitcoin activity, where counterparties often need to address financing, custody, compliance, accounting, treasury policy, and market access before moving from interest to execution.
At Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas, Deal Day brought together 23 presenting companies and 23 investing partners for more than 200 structured meetings. Presenting companies included Kraken, Metaplanet, BitGo, Strive, Bitdeer, Nakamoto, Fold, iTrust Capital, and Unchained, among others. Capital allocators and financial institutions included Barclays, TD Securities, Société Générale, Scotiabank, Cantor Fitzgerald, Bitwise, Cohen & Company Capital Markets, B. Riley, UTXO Management, and Sora Ventures.
Deal Day Asia 2026 builds on that earlier format by bringing the same structured meeting model to one of Asia-Pacific’s active financial centers.
Participation in Deal Day is by invitation only. Companies and investors interested in taking part are asked to confirm their interest with BTC Inc. Attendee details and meeting objectives will then be collected to support the curated schedule. Experience upgrades, including private meeting rooms, Bitcoin Asia Whale Passes, and Deal Day branding, are available for confirmed participants.
One Floor: The Institutional Program
The institutional program at Bitcoin Asia 2026 will be organized on one open floor at HKCEC, with the BFC Symposium stage at one end and Deal Day at the other. The layout is intended to bring together three groups within the corporate Bitcoin ecosystem in a single area: corporate treasuries, including CEOs, CFOs, and boards from public companies managing or evaluating Bitcoin on the balance sheet; capital allocators, including fund managers, family office principals, and institutional investors; and infrastructure partners, including custody providers, OTC desks, legal, accounting, and treasury advisers serving the ecosystem.
At the center of the floor will be the Deal Flow Zone, a dedicated hub for one-on-one business meetings with in-app table booking. The area is designed to give attendees structured access to companies, counterparties, and capital present at the event. For banks, funds, and research analysts attending the conference, the floor will provide direct access to vetted companies in a setting organized for business discussions.
Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium
The Bitcoin for Corporations (BFC) Symposium will return to Hong Kong on August 27, bringing together leaders involved in Bitcoin’s institutional growth. The Symposium will be held at HKCEC from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and is designed for participants deploying capital, building businesses, and shaping how Bitcoin is adopted across the global economy.
The BFC Symposium will focus on how businesses are using bitcoin. It will bring together companies adding bitcoin to their balance sheets and firms developing the infrastructure and financial products that support the ecosystem. Discussions will center on implementation, with sessions covering governance, capital formation, yield strategies, and operational decisions faced by organizations as Bitcoin becomes a larger part of global business activity.
For corporate attendees, those implementation topics are distinct from consumer adoption or trading discussions. Public companies and institutional investors typically evaluate Bitcoin through internal controls, board approval processes, risk management, custody arrangements, and reporting obligations, making the Symposium’s focus on operational decisions a key part of the broader B2B track.
The Hong Kong program follows BFC Symposiums in Las Vegas and New York, with Amsterdam scheduled next in November 2026. At the New York event, the Metaplanet keynote was the Symposium’s most-viewed session, which organizers cited as evidence of interest in Bitcoin among institutional audiences.
Access to the Bitcoin for Corporations Symposium is included with a GA+ Pass or Whale Pass for Bitcoin Asia 2026.
“Hong Kong sits at the center of the conversation between Eastern capital markets and the global Bitcoin ecosystem,” said Brandon Green, CEO of BTC Inc. “The Bitcoin Asia networking opportunities, Deal Day, and BFC Symposium together give companies and investors the infrastructure to turn that conversation into outcomes.”
Accessing the B2B Track: GA+ Pass
Attendees who want to take part in the business programming layer of Bitcoin Asia, including the Deal Flow Zone, in-app meeting scheduling, curated networking opportunities, and priority main stage seating, can access those features through the GA+ Pass, available at $187. GA+ holders also receive access to the Networking Lounge and a dedicated check-in desk.
The BFC Symposium requires a GA+ or Whale Pass by invitation. Deal Day participation is separately credentialed through the application process.
