How to "clone" your brain with Claude - 6 steps:
If you want to automate your life, start here:
Step 1. Workflow audit
Map every recurring task in your life or business.
What you do, how often, and how long it takes.
I recommend using a simple time-tracking spreadsheet here.
Step 2. Triage
Score each task by repeatability and how much manual judgment it actually needs.
This tells you what's actually worth automating first.
(Claude can help you score all your tasks)
Step 3. Designing automation specs
Based on your highest-priority workflows, break down each step into clear, written processes that Claude can actually follow.
Take those steps and turn them into Claude skills.
Teach-a-skill or manual skill design is fine here.
Step 4. Folder setup
Give every workflow spec a home.
I like to use a structured system where my automations live and stay organised on my desktop via Markdown files.
Step 5. Visual maps
Turn those specs into visual workflows you can see at a glance.
Claude can help you build these by prompting "turn my skills into a visual mind map."
Super helpful for "tapping" into your workflows at any time.
Step 6. Deploying workflows
Take your skills and deploy them into Hermes, Codex, Claude Code, and so on.
Hands-down the #1 way anyone can get started with automating their life - bookmark this so you don't forget it.
