Elon Musk owns 48.4% of SpaceX, but controls more than 82% of the voting power.
WHY?
That's because he controls around 5.57 billion Class B shares, which carry 10 votes each.
That gives Elon the final say on major decisions, including SpaceX’s 18,712 $BTC stack, currently worth around $1.19 billion.
SpaceX has held its Bitcoin since 2021 and hasn’t sold any of it.
