The company made no Bitcoin purchases, keeping holdings unchanged at 840,447 BTC, acquired for $63.36B at an average $75,385 per BTC.
Strategy used proceeds to fund preferred dividends, repurchase $132.2M of STRC shares, and boost its cash reserves.
Its USD reserve now stands at $4.8B.
