Zocks, the privacy-first AI platform for financial services, has announced a new relationship with TruChoice Financial Group ("TruChoice"), an AmeriLife company and a leading distributor of insurance and retirement planning solutions. The partnership will provide insurance and annuity professionals with AI-powered meeting and workflow assistance.
Financial professionals affiliated with TruChoice can now use Zocks to streamline the path from discovery meeting to issued life policies and annuity contracts. According to the companies, this accelerates processing cycles through cleaner submissions and fewer delays, while freeing capacity for professionals to spend more time with clients rather than on administrative work.
Incomplete or inaccurate client information is a leading cause of underwriting back-and-forth and "Not In Good Order" (NIGO) delays that slow time-to-issue — the time it takes for an application to become an issued policy or contract. Zocks aims to reduce NIGO submissions by capturing relevant household, financial, and case details from client conversations in real time — without recording, in line with its privacy-first positioning — as well as from documents and emails. The platform converts this information into structured data that automatically fills out carrier applications, fact-finders, intake forms, and other paperwork.
Zocks also automatically drafts meeting follow-ups and email replies customized to each client, reducing administrative and research work while preserving the personal relationship. When another client meeting is needed, the platform handles scheduling directly from the conversation, including the invitation, reminders, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
As a result, TruChoice financial professionals can:
- Keep cases moving between client touchpoints: Automated client follow-ups and meeting scheduling can promptly address outstanding items and next steps, such as exam coordination, beneficiary confirmations, and payment setup.
- Eliminate manual data entry: In addition to applications and forms, client data captured in meetings, documents, and emails is automatically synced to CRM systems and other industry-specific tools.
- Increase capacity without adding staff: By reducing back-and-forth, financial professionals have more capacity to pursue and close new business.
- Coach new team members more effectively: Built-in performance insights rate client meetings against industry standards, providing the data to help leaders develop newer team members and scale what works.
"We are excited about the opportunities that Zocks and its technology solutions offer our financial professionals and broker-dealer partners to be more impactful and efficient in their practices," said Alex Faulken, Senior Vice President of Annuity Sales at TruChoice.
"AI is changing the economics of insurance distribution by turning every client conversation from a source of paperwork into a source of business value, so producers can issue more policies," said Brad Stoub, General Manager, Insurance, at Zocks. "The partnership between TruChoice and Zocks puts that shift into immediate practice. We're thrilled to help scale these capabilities across one of the largest distributors in the industry."
For TruChoice's network, the near-term measure of the partnership will be whether the cleaner submissions and fewer delays the companies describe show up in faster time-to-issue — and how quickly the workflow takes hold across the firm's producers and broker-dealer partners.
