XRP ETF Net Inflows Hit Record as HYPE Funds See Second Weekly Outflow

Spot exchange-traded funds tracking Ripple’s cross-border token XRP began the week with fresh inflows and reached a new all-time high in cumulative total net inflows, according to data from SoSoValue. However, the rest of the trading week repeated a pattern that has become more visible in recent weeks: several consecutive sessions with no reportable net flows.

At the same time, spot HYPE ETFs broke their previous positive momentum and recorded a second consecutive week of net outflows. For crypto ETFs, daily net flow figures are commonly watched as a measure of fund-level demand, but they can vary sharply from session to session and do not always move in line with the underlying token price.

XRP ETFs Reach New Cumulative Inflow High

SoSoValue data shows that spot XRP ETFs attracted $2.49 million on Monday and another $5.66 million on Tuesday. Those inflows were enough to keep the products in positive territory for the week and push their cumulative total net inflow to almost $1.5 billion, marking an all-time high.

The remaining three business days of the week showed a different picture. SoSoValue recorded no reportable net flows on each of those sessions, with $0.00 listed for all three days. A similar pattern appeared in the previous week, when only one trading day posted positive inflows while the other four were reported at $0.00.

Across the last 15 trading days, 10 sessions have recorded zero net flows. As a result, while XRP ETFs have ended two consecutive weeks in the green, the detailed flow data shows that new activity has slowed compared with earlier weeks. In that context, the record cumulative total reflects the strength of earlier inflow periods as much as the smaller additions recorded at the start of the latest week.

Before the latest two-week period, the funds had posted a nine-week inflow streak during which they attracted more than $150 million.

XRP, the underlying asset, also moved higher at the beginning of the week. The token rose from below $1.09 to a multi-day high of $1.16, potentially alongside the increase in ETF net flows. The move did not hold, and XRP had returned to below $1.10 as of press time.

HYPE ETFs Post Second Weekly Outflow

Spot HYPE ETFs had previously joined XRP funds among the stronger-performing crypto ETF products, including one week in which they attracted more than $110 million and set their own record.

That trend has changed over the past two weeks, with net outflows dominating the data. During the latest five-day trading period, investors withdrew more than $8.6 million from the funds. That followed another negative week in which net outflows totaled $7.26 million.

As of Friday’s close, cumulative total net inflows for spot HYPE ETFs had declined from an all-time high of $308.60 million to $292.73 million. The figure remains positive on a cumulative basis, but the back-to-back weekly outflows mark a clear reversal from the fund group’s earlier run of inflow momentum.
