Upcoming IPOs in August 2026: Zepto, Shiprocket, Truhome among 14 firms ready for public debut

India's primary market is set for a busy August, with more than a dozen companies, including quick commerce major Zepto, Truhome Finance and Shiprocket, preparing to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs). Collectively, the upcoming issues are expected to raise more than ₹25,000 crore, adding to a year in which primary market activity has remained strong even as investors have become more selective on valuations.

Zepto | The quick commerce platform is planning one of the largest IPOs in the pipeline. The company aims to raise up to ₹8,010 crore through a fresh issue, along with an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 11.34 crore shares.

Truhome Finance | The housing finance company has proposed a ₹3,000-crore IPO, comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹1,500 crore and an OFS of an equal amount.

Elevate Campuses | The education infrastructure company plans to raise ₹2,550 crore through an IPO comprising entirely a fresh issue, with no offer-for-sale component.

Shiprocket | The logistics platform has filed for a ₹2,342.35-crore IPO. The issue includes a fresh issue worth up to ₹1,100 crore and an OFS of ₹1,242.35 crore.

Innovatiview India | The education technology and assessment solutions company plans to raise up to ₹2,000 crore through an IPO consisting entirely of an offer for sale.

Milky Mist Dairy Food | The dairy products maker is preparing to launch a ₹1,553-crore IPO, joining the growing list of consumer-focused companies tapping the public markets.

More companies in the pipeline | Several other companies are also preparing to go public, including Dhoot Transmission, ARCIL, Ardee Industries, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Rays of Belief, Hy-Tech Engineers, Shankesh Jewellers and Learnfluence Education.

Market outlook | So far, 36 Indian companies have launched IPOs in 2026, including nine this month. Manipal Health Enterprises and Juniper Green Energy are scheduled to open their public issues on July 29 and July 30, while MV Electrosystems is also set to launch its IPO next week.

Merchant bankers expect the IPO pipeline to remain strong as companies capitalise on improving investor sentiment. According to Equirus Capital's Bhavesh Shah, India could raise around $20 billion through IPOs in 2026, although investors are becoming increasingly selective about valuations. For companies lining up in August, that makes issue size, pricing and the balance between fresh capital and shares sold by existing investors especially important as they move closer to the market.
