The transaction was facilitated by Ever.green, a clean energy marketplace that assists organizations in participating in the energy transition. The project, developed by Mitsui & Co., will add new renewable energy capacity to the ERCOT grid — which manages roughly 90% of Texas's electric load and has seen solar capacity grow rapidly in recent years, making it one of the largest and fastest-growing solar markets in the United States — while contributing to local economic development in the surrounding community.

SuperPower's model channels gamer subscriptions into collective clean energy procurement, enabling thousands of individual players to support new renewable energy capacity. The initiative utilizes a virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) structure — a financing mechanism traditionally accessible only to hyperscalers, utilities, and Fortune 500 procurement teams.
