Three altcoins have registered fresh buy signals on their three-day charts as the broader market works to recover from its October slump. Analyst Ali Charts has flagged Sui (SUI), Aave (AAVE) and Chainlink (LINK) as rebound candidates, with upside targets of $1.11, $146 and $12.71, respectively — each dependent on clearing nearby resistance levels.
According to Ali Charts' post on X, Sui is displaying a TD Sequential buy signal on the three-day chart. TD Sequential, a timing indicator developed by Thomas DeMark that is designed to flag potential points of trend exhaustion after extended price moves, forms its setups on fixed candle counts and is generally treated as valid only once subsequent price action confirms them. The analyst identified $0.90 as immediate resistance. A break above that level could put $1.11 in view, followed by the setup resistance trendline near $1.20.
Aave has also produced a three-day TD Sequential buy signal. Ali Charts noted that stronger buying pressure could support a rebound toward $146, with a move beyond that level bringing the setup resistance trendline near $176 into focus.
Chainlink completes the trio with its own three-day buy signal. The analyst highlighted $11.30 as LINK's key resistance. Clearing it could open a path toward $12.71, and then the setup resistance trendline around $14. Ali Charts cautioned that prices must confirm the signals across all three assets — a note consistent with the DeMark framework, in which unconfirmed setups are typically considered invalid.
TOTAL3 Rebounds From Early November Lows
The altcoin market capitalization, tracked by TOTAL3 — which excludes Bitcoin and Ethereum — has also begun to recover. Because it strips out the two largest crypto assets, TOTAL3 is often watched as a barometer of the wider altcoin market's health. On the latest four-hour candle (chart via TradingView), TOTAL3 stood at $753.89 billion, a gain of approximately $684.77 million, or 0.09%.
The candle opened at $753.2 billion, reached $754.07 billion and printed a low of $753.2 billion, with trading volume standing at $118.41 billion. The recovery follows a decline from roughly $840 billion in early October to about $735 billion in early November, a drawdown of roughly 12.5% over the period.
The $740 billion area now represents immediate support, while $760 billion serves as the first major resistance. A push above $760 billion could expose $780 billion and, subsequently, $800 billion. Conversely, losing the $740 billion support could bring $730 billion into view. Those levels now frame the backdrop for the individual setups flagged by Ali Charts, with the $740 billion–$760 billion range acting as the near-term dividing line between continued recovery and renewed weakness.
RSI and MACD Readings Improve
Momentum indicators are improving alongside price. The Relative Strength Index (RSI), a momentum oscillator developed by J. Welles Wilder that runs from 0 to 100, stood at 56.19, above its signal average of 48.21. The oscillator has moved back above the neutral 50 level — the midpoint commonly treated as the divide between bullish and bearish momentum — while remaining below overbought territory, conventionally marked around 70 on this scale.
The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator has also turned bullish. Its histogram reached approximately $2 billion, while the MACD line stood at $1.03 billion and the signal line remained at negative $974.86 million. Because the histogram plots the gap between the MACD and signal lines, the reading reflects the MACD line holding above its signal counterpart — the configuration conventionally read as strengthening upward momentum. Read together, the improving momentum readings and TOTAL3's position above $750 billion supply the context in which the three flagged setups will either earn confirmation or lapse without follow-through.
