Streamflow TVL Surpasses $800 Million, More Than Doubling in 30 Days

NEW YORK — Streamflow announced that total value locked (TVL) across its protocol has surpassed $800 million, reaching $803.48 million as of October 6, 2026, according to DefiLlama. One month earlier, on September 10, the figure stood at approximately $374.55 million, meaning TVL more than doubled (2.14x) in roughly 30 days.

TVL is a widely cited gauge of activity for on-chain protocols. In this case, the figure describes the Streamflow protocol rather than the STREAM token. It measures the market value of tokens that projects, teams, and investors hold inside Streamflow's smart contracts on Solana, spanning token locks, vesting schedules, and staking pools.

Tokens placed in these contracts are committed on-chain under fixed conditions. Locked tokens cannot be transferred, traded, or accessed until the unlock date or a price condition is met, and every contract is public and can be checked on Solscan and Solana Explorer. In practice, that means a project's token commitments can be verified by anyone on-chain rather than relying on announcements alone.

The growth came without incentive spending. Liquidity mining and reward emission programs are a common way DeFi protocols attract deposits, but DefiLlama records $0 in incentives paid by Streamflow over the past year, meaning no such programs were used to draw this value in. It instead sits in contracts that projects and their communities chose to create through the protocol.

The milestone follows a month in which Streamflow made a permanent supply commitment of its own. In September, the Streamflow Foundation burned 699.99 million STREAM, 70% of total supply, in a single on-chain transaction. The burn covered 100% of the Foundation's allocation, cut total supply from 1 billion to 300 million STREAM, and cannot be reversed.

"Value in a lock or a vesting contract is a commitment someone made in public and cannot quietly walk back. Seeing that number more than double in a month tells us more teams on Solana want their commitments where anyone can check them. That is the job Streamflow was built to do," said Andrija Raicevic, CMO of Streamflow.

All figures are public on DefiLlama and CoinMarketCap, where Streamflow's TVL is shown with vesting and staking contracts included. TVL moves with the market price of the tokens held in contracts and with contracts being created and completed, so the figure will change over time. Those two factors — token prices and the pace of contract creation and completion — are the ones to watch when tracking the metric going forward.

Streamflow continues to operate token locks, vesting, staking, airdrops, payouts, and treasury tooling for projects building on Solana. More than 40,000 projects and 1.3 million users have used the platform.
