The capability will be rolled out later this year through a strategic partnership with Farsight, accompanied by a minority investment from S&P Global. Farsight is a platform specializing in client-ready financial deliverables, producing pitch decks, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and valuation materials tailored to each firm's own judgments, prior work templates, and standards.

The initiative supports the strategic objectives of the newly formed Kensho Data & Platforms, which consolidates premier client interfaces — including Capital IQ Pro — to deliver an AI-native user experience. The unit aims to accelerate the deployment of skills and applications that make proprietary intelligence more accessible, interconnected, and actionable. For users of financial data platforms, the announcement reflects a broader shift from research and data retrieval toward embedded workflow tools that help convert source information, firm standards, and prior work product into repeatable deliverables.

S&P Global Market Intelligence will offer the new capability as an add-on to Capital IQ Pro, enabling customers to enhance their workflows and drive efficiencies using the AI-powered tool in combination with trusted data from the platform. The capability leverages a firm's previous deliverables and proprietary templates to generate highly tailored, client-ready outputs, including pitch decks, CIMs, valuation materials, and more. This allows clients to expedite document preparation while adhering to firm-specific quality standards, a key consideration for investment banking, advisory, and investment teams that depend on consistent formatting, assumptions, and review processes across client materials.
