Silver North Completes 2026 Veronica Exploration Program in Yukon
Key Takeaways
- •The 2026 field program focused on expanding and better defining a large multi-element soil geochemical anomaly at Veronica.
- •Silver North investigated the Lodge and Cooper showings along with targets associated with airborne magnetic and VTEM anomalies.
- •The company collected 1,112 soil samples and 53 rock samples during the program.
- •Earlier sampling reported 2,860 g/t silver from mineralized float and 33.2 g/t silver from an outcropping fault.
- •Analytical results will be released after integration with the Veronica database, geophysical information, and lithological mapping.

Silver North Completes 2026 Veronica Exploration Program in Yukon
Silver North Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SNAG, OTCQB: TARSF, Frankfurt: I90) has completed its 2026 field program at the Veronica Property in the Yukon’s Silvertip District, the company announced from Vancouver, British Columbia, on September 10, 2026.
The program was designed to build on results from the 2025 field season, which identified silver mineralization in float and outcrop within stratigraphy that appears prospective for Carbonate Replacement Deposit (CRD)-style mineralization. The company said this geological setting is similar to that at Coeur Mining’s Silvertip Mine Project, located 11 km southwest of Veronica.
The primary objective of the 2026 work was to expand an open-ended, multi-element soil geochemical anomaly that currently covers an area measuring 1.2 km by 1 km. Silver North completed detailed prospecting and mapping within the anomaly to improve its understanding of, and potentially expand, the Lodge and Cooper showings.
Mineralized float at the showings returned 2,860 g/t silver, while an outcropping northeast-trending fault returned 33.2 g/t silver, according to the company’s news release dated December 11, 2025.
The exploration program also examined several target areas identified through airborne magnetic surveys and VTEM geophysical anomalies. Contour soil geochemical lines were completed in selected areas of the project’s southern half, where anomalous soil geochemical results coincide with magnetic and VTEM conductivity anomalies. Reviewing these geochemical, geophysical, mapping, and sampling results together is intended to refine the company’s understanding of the mineralized system and guide its assessment of follow-up exploration targets.
The company collected 1,112 soil geochemical samples, including 60 samples from the adjacent Tim Property, along with 53 rock samples. Silver North said results will be reported after analytical data has been received, incorporated into the Veronica database, and interpreted together with the 2026 geophysical data and lithological mapping. Those results will provide the next detailed update on the anomalies and showings examined during the field program.
About Silver North Resources Ltd.
