Securitize Integrates with ADI Chain to Expand Institutional Tokenization Across Global Markets

ADI Foundation announced that Securitize, a global leader in tokenized assets, is integrating with ADI Chain — a step that brings Securitize's institutional tokenization infrastructure to the network, expands its tokenization capabilities and creates a new pathway for regulated financial assets to move onchain.

The integration will connect Securitize's tokenization infrastructure — the systems that represent financial assets as digital tokens on a blockchain — with ADI Chain, the institutional blockchain infrastructure built to move digital assets, payments and real-world value seamlessly across global markets. Through the arrangement, ADI Chain will become part of Securitize's growing multichain ecosystem, creating a pathway for tokenized financial products issued through Securitize to leverage ADI Chain infrastructure, subject to applicable regulatory, product and jurisdictional requirements. The move gives eligible tokenized products an additional institutional rail for issuance and distribution.

Securitize provides regulated, end-to-end infrastructure spanning the issuance, management, distribution and trading of tokenized securities and works with some of the world's largest asset managers. The integration brings that institutional capability into an ADI ecosystem increasingly focused on tokenized assets, regulated digital currencies, payments and global settlement infrastructure.

For ADI Foundation, the integration represents an important step in building the infrastructure required for financial institutions and asset managers to participate in the onchain economy through institutional-grade rails.

Andrey Lazorenko, CEO at ADI Foundation, said: “Tokenization is fundamentally changing how the world thinks about ownership, capital and financial markets. Securitize has built one of the most important institutional bridges between traditional finance and the onchain economy. Bringing that infrastructure to ADI Chain is a major step towards our ambition of creating a network where real-world value can be issued, distributed and settled seamlessly across global markets.”

Carlos Domingo, Co-Founder and CEO of Securitize, said: “The Global South is home to 85% of the world's population and some of the fastest-growing communities of new investors. India alone now has more than 230 million investment accounts. But access to high-quality global financial products remains uneven. Tokenization can help close that gap, and we see the UAE as a natural hub for connecting investors across these markets with regulated financial products from around the world. Integrating with UAE-based ADI Chain is an important first step toward building the distribution infrastructure needed to make that vision possible.”

The two statements frame the integration from complementary angles: Lazorenko's emphasis on institutional infrastructure for issuing, distributing and settling real-world value, and Domingo's focus on using a UAE-based hub to broaden investor access to regulated global products.

The integration further strengthens ADI Chain's growing tokenized asset ecosystem and its ambition to become a core infrastructure layer connecting traditional capital markets with the emerging onchain economy. The announcement did not disclose a launch timeline, the specific tokenized products that would first leverage ADI Chain, or the jurisdictions where they would initially be available.
