Securitize Brings 12 Tokenized U.S. Stocks to Solana With 1:1 Share Backing and U.S. Investor Access

Securitize has brought 12 tokenized U.S. stocks to Solana, extending its effort to make tokenized equities a major force in the U.S. market. The offering, available through Securitize Stocks, is designed to use blockchain settlement and to provide security rights based on real underlying shares rather than synthetic price exposure. For eligible U.S. investors, it delivers regulated, onchain access to shares of some of the largest and most widely held companies in the country.

12 Tokenized Stocks Go Live on Solana

Securitize's initial lineup includes Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, Tesla, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, SpaceX, Strategy and Palantir. The company first announced the group on Oct. 8 and has since promoted its availability through Securitize Stocks.

The go-live was confirmed in a post on X on Oct. 23, roughly two weeks after the initial announcement:

Apple, Nvidia, Tesla and nine more of the most widely held U.S. stocks are live on Securitize Stocks, each backed 1:1 by an underlying share, never lent out. Eligible investors in the U.S., the EU and other permitted jurisdictions can trade them on @solana. Tokenize the World.

The products trade on Solana and through Securitize's regulated broker-dealer platform, with USDC, a U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin, serving as the settlement asset. Token holders can store their assets in supported Solana wallets. Trading is already in effect outside typical U.S. market hours: Securitize states the service currently operates 24/5, with 24/7 availability planned for later. That schedule already runs past the fixed weekday sessions of traditional U.S. exchanges, one of the practical differences that separates tokenized share trading from conventional brokerage access.

Tokens Carry Security Entitlements, Not Just Price Exposure

Tokenized equities of this kind are designed to combine blockchain-based transferability with conventional securities rights. The ownership model is a key distinction of the offering: each Securitize Stock is backed one-for-one by an underlying share held within the company's regulated structure, meaning a holder's position corresponds to an actual corporate share rather than a derivative contract. Investors are entitled to security interests that include the applicable economic rights over the securities, such as dividends and voting rights where provided under the underlying share class.

Securitize also states that none of the backing shares are ever lent out. Holders are not automatically enrolled on the issuer's register of shareholders, however. Where such a conversion is available, it would place holders on a direct register.

These structural building blocks distinguish the tokens from products that merely track the price of a stock through derivative or synthetic exposure.

U.S. Investors Gain Regulated Onchain Stock Access

Securitize Stocks is available to eligible investors in the United States, the European Union and certain other eligible jurisdictions, subject to securities rules and other eligibility requirements, including verification of identity. Because the offering is brokered by a registered U.S. broker-dealer, participants must satisfy standard securities-law checks before trading. Unlike permissionless crypto trading, access begins with identity and eligibility screening, keeping the tokens inside regulated channels.

In the U.S., the products are offered through Securitize Markets, LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer. The tokenized versions of the shares are not sponsored or endorsed by the underlying companies. Liquidity at launch is expected to come from Securitize's Solana-based PropAMM, supported by Jump Trading as a market maker.

Solana Expands Its Tokenized Equity Footprint

Solana, a public blockchain known for high throughput and low transaction fees, has become a hub for tokenized real-world assets. The launch adds to that fast-growing ecosystem: the network already hosts more than 200 tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs through Ondo Global Markets, and approximately 1 million tokenized-stock holder wallets had accumulated on Solana as of September 2026. The additions place Securitize's tokenized equities alongside a broader set of tokenized stock and ETF products already available to Solana users.

Securitize is taking a different approach, however, emphasizing real-share backing, security entitlements and U.S. investor eligibility. The company also envisions potential future integrations with lending and collateral markets such as Aave, depending on product development and regulatory requirements. How the planned move to 24/7 trading, those potential integrations and the PropAMM and Jump Trading liquidity arrangement evolve will provide the clearest near-term signals of how far tokenized equities on Solana progress.
