Robinsons Offices records highest Q2 office transaction volume

Robinsons Offices recorded the highest office transaction volume among developers in the second quarter, citing data from real estate services firm CBRE Philippines, according to a report published by BusinessWorld.

The office development and leasing arm of Robinsons Land Corp. recorded 38,000 square meters (sq.m.) in transactions during the quarter, based on CBRE Philippines’ second-quarter 2026 Market Monitor, as cited by the company.

The total was driven by a 33,400-sq.m. pre-leasing commitment at Asscher, one of four office towers planned for The Jewel mixed-use development in Mandaluyong City. The commitment accounted for about 88% of Robinsons Offices’ quarterly transaction volume. Robinsons Offices said CBRE identified it as the country’s largest individual office transaction during the quarter.

The company also led CBRE’s second-quarter 2025 tally, recording nearly 50,000 sq.m. in new transactions. GBF Center 2 accounted for 27,100 sq.m. of that total.

“The scale of the Asscher transaction shows how thoughtfully designed, well-located, technologically equipped, and environmentally friendly workplaces can still attract substantial requirements in a soft market,” Robinsons Offices Business Unit General Manager and Senior Vice-President Jericho P. Go said.

Asscher is part of The Jewel, a mixed-use development at the corner of EDSA and Pioneer Street in Mandaluyong City. The project will include four office buildings — Asscher, Trilliant, Marquise, and Peruzzi — collectively known as the ATMP Towers, along with a mall.

Robinsons Offices said the mall and the first two towers are targeted for completion by 2028. The remaining two towers are scheduled for completion by 2030, subject to market conditions. The development is also planned to include a link bridge to the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 Boni Station. — ALB
