Rezolve AI Rises After Google Cloud Web3 Selects Its Database Technology

Rezolve AI (RZLV) stock surged about 21% after Google selected its proprietary distributed database technology for deployment within Google Cloud Web3. The shares rose 11.9% in premarket trading on Tuesday before extending those gains.

The technology is being deployed at the infrastructure level inside Google Cloud. It provides indexing and data pipelines for blockchain datasets within Google Cloud Web3.

The initial deployment covers complete historical data across 10 blockchain networks, totaling approximately 100 terabytes of data.

Each block processed by the system is subject to six cryptographic checks, along with schema validation, structural checks and cross-validation before it is added to Google Cloud’s public datasets.

This is the first major commercial deployment of Rezolve AI’s distributed database platform by a major technology company. For a business still in the early stages of commercialization, the Google selection gives investors and customers a clearer sign that the technology is being used in a live cloud environment rather than discussed only as a roadmap item.

Daniel M. Wagner, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve AI, said the selection is “independent validation of technology we have developed over many years.” He also said it shows the company’s architecture can meet the technical requirements of one of the world’s leading technology organizations.

Google Win Aligns With Broader Strategy

Rezolve AI said in its 2025 Annual Report that it intends to commercialize its distributed database platform as an enterprise infrastructure product. The roadmap includes additional capabilities, more networks and agentic enhancements.

The Google deployment is closely linked to Rezolve’s recently launched Rezolve Provenance product. Both reflect the company’s push into AI infrastructure layers where accuracy, verification and compliance are central.

Together, these products form what the company describes as a “trust and data” stack. If enterprises adopt these tools at scale, the company could expand its addressable market beyond its original commerce focus.

What the Numbers Show

Analysts project that Rezolve AI could generate $971.7 million in revenue and $117.6 million in earnings by 2029. Reaching that level would require annual revenue growth of about 174.9% from a current earnings position of -$101.4 million.

More bullish analysts have penciled in revenue of about $1.5 billion by 2029, assuming annual growth of approximately 215%.

S&P Global Market Intelligence forecasts that global AI infrastructure spending on data ingestion, integration and preparation will rise from $109 billion in 2025 to $295 billion annually by 2030.

The Google partnership supports a partner-driven growth thesis for RZLV, especially because it places Rezolve’s technology inside a large cloud ecosystem where enterprise adoption often depends on verification, scale and integration. However, it does not remove near-term risks tied to ambitious revenue targets and ongoing cash burn.

RZLV was up about 21.81% on the day as of the latest update, while Alphabet (GOOG) was down 0.36%.
