Rezolve AI (RZLV) stock surged more than 21% in Tuesday trading after Google selected its proprietary distributed database technology for use within Google Cloud Web3.
The stock was up about 11.9% in premarket trading before extending those gains through the session.
The deal marks the first major commercial deployment of Rezolve AI’s distributed database platform with a large technology company, a milestone the company said it had been working toward since outlining its enterprise infrastructure strategy in its 2025 Annual Report. Distributed databases of this kind spread storage and processing across multiple machines rather than a single server, an approach typically used when datasets grow too large or change too quickly for conventional systems.
Google’s platform is using Rezolve’s technology to support blockchain dataset infrastructure, handling data indexing and processing pipelines across multiple blockchain networks. The initial deployment covers complete historical data from 10 blockchain networks, totaling approximately 100 terabytes of data.
Before any information reaches Google Cloud’s public datasets, Rezolve’s system runs each blockchain block through six cryptographic checks, along with schema validation, structural verification, and cross-validation. Google Cloud has offered blockchain data through its BigQuery public datasets program since 2018, beginning with Bitcoin and later adding networks such as Ethereum, giving developers and analysts queryable access to on-chain records.
Google Cloud Deal Validates Rezolve’s Infrastructure Push
Daniel M. Wagner, Chairman and CEO of Rezolve AI, said: “Google’s selection is independent validation of technology we have developed over many years and of the infrastructure strategy we outlined to shareholders earlier this year.” He added that the deployment “demonstrates our architecture can satisfy the technical requirements of one of the world’s leading technology organizations.”
Rezolve had previously set out plans to commercialize its distributed database platform as a standalone enterprise infrastructure product, expanding beyond its existing AI-focused offerings. The Google Cloud deal gives the company a high-profile reference case as it looks to bring that platform to a wider market. Rezolve only began trading on the Nasdaq in August 2025 after completing a merger with special purpose acquisition company Armada Acquisition Corp. I, making the Google deployment an early milestone for the recently listed firm.
What Comes Next for RZLV

Rezolve is headquartered in London and operates across North America, Europe, and Asia. Its broader technology portfolio includes brainpowa, TraceWare, and Auditable AI.
The Google Cloud Web3 deployment is the first named commercial use case for its distributed database technology at scale.
