Personetics Launches AI-Powered Banking Console for Relationship Managers

Personetics, the AI Cognitive Banking Platform, has launched Banking Console, an AI-powered banker enablement product that continuously analyzes customer behavior, primacy and financial signals across an institution’s entire portfolio. The product places this intelligence directly within the customer relationship management (CRM) systems banks already use, converting static customer data into proactive engagement opportunities.

Relationship managers (RMs) often oversee large customer portfolios with limited time and little visibility into which customers require attention or why. Most banks lack a unified view of each customer, while customers frequently say the advice they receive is untimely or poorly matched to their circumstances, according to J.D. Power. As the banking industry approaches what Personetics describes as the largest generational wealth transfer in its history, banks that fail to prioritize the right customer conversations could risk those relationships.

Banking Console is powered by Personetics’ Shared Financial Context, a continuously updated understanding of each customer’s financial life that already supports the bank’s mobile application and other digital channels. The product extends that intelligence into the relationship manager’s workspace, providing each RM with a daily, ranked list of customers to contact, a broader view of each customer’s financial situation, predictive signals for risk and opportunity, and ready-to-use talking points.

Personetics said the approach is designed to reduce the time RMs spend manually reviewing and prioritizing their portfolios, allowing them to focus more on customer conversations.

“Banking Console eliminates the intelligence blind spot in the relationship manager’s workflow,” said Udi Ziv, CEO of Personetics. “The relationship manager is the bank’s most trusted channel, and now it finally has the same intelligence that already powers the rest of the bank. We believe this is where the next era of growth in retail banking will be won, and we intend to lead it.”

Banking Console integrates with CRM systems including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. It also includes a Bank Configuration Page, where banks can define business priorities, such as emphasizing growth opportunities or prioritizing customer retention. Those settings directly shape the banker’s engagement planner. The launch therefore centers the product’s operation on two existing parts of a bank’s workflow: the CRM workspace used by RMs and the priorities defined by the institution.
