PAX Technology, Inc., a leading global provider of payment solutions, has announced that LeAnn Hostetler, Chief Security Compliance Officer for PAX North America, has been appointed Financial Services Sector Chief for the InfraGard Arizona Members Alliance, Inc. (IAMA).
The appointment marks another milestone in PAX Technology's ongoing engagement with the organizations and industry initiatives that help strengthen payment security, financial services, and critical infrastructure. InfraGard is a national public-private partnership program affiliated with the FBI that links representatives from businesses, academia, and state and local government with the FBI on infrastructure protection, and the Financial Services Sector is among the critical infrastructure sectors where such cooperation between industry and government agencies is focused.
Hostetler's two-year volunteer appointment takes effect on September 1, 2026, and runs through August 31, 2028. The IAMA Board of Directors selected her in recognition of her professional standing and her commitment to protecting Arizona's critical infrastructure.
In the role of Financial Services Sector Chief, Hostetler will serve as the principal liaison between IAMA members within the Financial Services Sector, the IAMA Board, and its FBI and government partners, including the Department of Homeland Security. Her responsibilities include maintaining awareness of the threat landscape affecting financial services, supporting the responsible dissemination of relevant unclassified threat information and sector advisories, elevating sector concerns and information requirements, and contributing to security programming, training, exercises, and incident-response preparedness.
"Security is fundamental to the payment technology and services PAX provides, but our responsibility extends beyond the solutions we bring to market," said Clint Jones, Chief Commercial Officer, PAX Technology, Inc. "It also means contributing our experience and expertise to the broader industry. LeAnn's appointment reflects the caliber of leadership within PAX and our continued commitment to supporting a secure and resilient payments ecosystem."
The appointment builds on PAX Technology's broader involvement in advancing payment security. Hostetler also represents PAX on the PCI Security Standards Council's 2025–2027 Board of Advisors, where she contributes to industry dialogue on the continued development and implementation of global payment security standards. The PCI Security Standards Council is the industry body that develops and maintains the standards governing payment card data security worldwide, and its Board of Advisors works to incorporate stakeholder input into that standards-development process.
Alongside PAX's expanding portfolio of PCI-certified payment solutions, security infrastructure, and industry participation, these accomplishments reflect the company's continued investment in protecting payments and supporting the customers and partners who depend on them.
"I am honored to accept this appointment and contribute to the collaboration, awareness, and preparedness that help strengthen the financial services sector," said Hostetler. "The threats facing our industry continue to evolve, making responsible information sharing and cooperation across the public and private sectors increasingly important. I look forward to bringing my experience to this role while continuing to advance PAX's commitment to payment security."
