Ondo Finance launched three onchain portfolio tokens on September 24 using investment strategies developed by BlackRock. The products, introduced as Ondo Intelligent Portfolios, are currently available only to eligible investors outside the United States.
The new products represent a category of curated investment portfolios delivered through single, transferable onchain tokens. The three tokens are BLKHIon, a high-income portfolio; BLKDIGon, a diversified-growth portfolio; and BLKGRWon, a high-growth portfolio.
Each token provides economic exposure to a basket of underlying assets. According to Ondo, investors can inspect the holdings, portfolio weights, and rebalancing schedule onchain at any time. The high-income strategy focuses on bonds, while the two growth strategies combine exposure to stocks, bonds, and Bitcoin exchange-traded funds, depending on the portfolio.
Lisa O’Connor, BlackRock’s global head of Model Portfolio Solutions, said the arrangement delivers established portfolio strategies through digital infrastructure. BlackRock developed the strategies, while Ondo issues and operates the tokens.

US investors excluded for now
The portfolio tokens are currently open only to eligible investors outside the United States, consistent with Ondo’s existing approach to its tokenized stock products.
On September 21, Ondo and Alpaca launched a service that allows institutions to convert existing stocks or exchange-traded funds into Ondo Stocks tokens on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
ONDO rose alongside the portfolio announcement. CoinGecko showed the token trading near $0.497, up about 18% over 24 hours and 34% over seven days, with a daily range of $0.406 to $0.511.
Trader Jesse Olson wrote that $ONDO had turned “ultra bullish” on the daily chart, saying the token was up 25% on the day and describing the setup as “higher > lower.”

Technical indicators and derivatives activity
ONDO broke above a triangle chart formation before pulling back from a recent high near $0.46. Analyst LAR, cited by crypto analysts covering the move, said the breakout formed a bullish order block and identified an upside target near the $1.17 liquidity zone.
LAR said they planned to accumulate ONDO through limit orders at $0.3800, $0.3540, and $0.3390, with a stop-loss at $0.3200 below the order block.
TradingView data showed ONDO consolidating between $0.33 and $0.35 through early September before making a sharp move to $0.46. The token later retraced to around $0.41618 on a strong red candle. It was trading below its 20-period exponential moving average of $0.42910 and the mid-Bollinger Band at $0.43437. The lower Bollinger Band stood at $0.41244.
Derivatives activity also declined. CoinGlass data showed trading volume down 10.93% to $476.02 million, while open interest fell 7.94% to $308.88 million.
Ondo separately expanded its Ondo Private Client program for high-net-worth users of Ondo Stocks. The program includes Platinum, Diamond, and Obsidian tiers based on wallet holdings.
The company also remains involved in a legal dispute over control following the death of founder Nathan Allman in May. CoinDesk reported that Allman’s mother, other family members, and an early investor are involved in court proceedings concerning his estate.
