Member Loyalty Group, a provider of member experience analytics and strategic support for credit unions, has announced the appointment of EJ Sieracki as chief executive officer, effective July 24, 2026. He succeeds Michelle Bloedorn, who is retiring after nearly two decades of leadership and service to the organization.

MLG said it selected Sieracki after a thoughtful and comprehensive search process to lead the company through its next phase of growth. The company said it has earned the trust of credit unions by helping them better understand and respond to the needs of their members, a focus that depends on turning feedback into practical decisions across member service, engagement and retention efforts.

Sieracki brings more than 20 years of leadership experience helping organizations use customer and employee insights to drive innovation, engagement and business performance. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Partner Products and Solutions at Press Ganey Forsta, where he led growth initiatives across customer and employee experience technology platforms and helped organizations turn feedback into actionable business outcomes.

He also played a key leadership role during Press Ganey’s acquisition of Forsta, helping shape the combined organization’s product and technology vision. Later, he championed Press Ganey’s acquisition of Hello Ignite, Forsta’s partner for crowd sourcing feedback technology. Throughout his career, Sieracki has built and scaled insight-driven solutions, managed strategic partnerships, and worked closely with organizations to strengthen engagement with customers, employees and stakeholders.

“We are thrilled to welcome EJ to Member Loyalty Group,” said Monique Little, Chair of the Member Loyalty Group Board of Directors. “MLG has earned the trust of credit unions by helping them better understand and respond to the needs of their members. Our strategy remains firmly on course, and EJ’s expertise in experience management, analytics and feedback technology positions us to continue innovating on behalf of our clients while building on the momentum and success the team has achieved.”

Little added, “His track record of helping organizations transform insights into action, combined with his deep understanding of the evolving experience landscape, makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead MLG into the future.”

“I am honored to join Member Loyalty Group and work alongside a team that is deeply committed to helping credit unions succeed,” Sieracki said. “Credit unions have a tremendous opportunity to better understand and serve their members, and I look forward to working with our team and clients to translate member insights into meaningful action, strengthen member relationships and continue advancing innovative solutions that support long-term growth.”
