Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at American Banknote Corporation, an international payment card manufacturer operating across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. His background in M&A and corporate finance coincides with a period in which the payment processing and card manufacturing industries have undergone notable consolidation.
