Grant Victor has announced the acquisition of Automated Transaction Delivery (ATD), a New Orleans-based provider of ATM managed services and transaction processing serving banks and credit unions, along with ATD's affiliated retail ATM business, ATM Worldwide.
The acquisition broadens Grant Victor's financial institution client portfolio and brings ATD's strategic partnership with Velera — the nation's premier payments credit union service organization (CUSO) and an integrated financial technology solutions provider serving more than 4,000 financial institutions across North America — under the Grant Victor umbrella. That partnership and its associated client base will continue under the new ownership.
ATD, like NextBranch (another Grant Victor company supporting the financial institution ATM industry), has built a strong reputation among the banks and credit unions it serves, grounded in long-term client relationships and a managed services model designed to reduce operating costs while expanding self-service capabilities. The deal adds to a pattern of consolidation among ATM managed service providers, as community banks and credit unions increasingly outsource fleet maintenance, cash management, and compliance to specialized operators seeking national scale.
"The ATD team has earned real trust with the financial institutions they serve, and that kind of reputation takes years to build. Their team and their customer base expand our market presence in a meaningful way. We are excited to have them as part of Grant Victor and to show their clients what we can deliver together," said Jeff Matthews, Chief Executive Officer of Grant Victor.
Under the acquisition, ATD and ATM Worldwide clients will gain access to the full operational depth of the Grant Victor companies. This includes nationwide field service, compliance, and security offered through a single monthly subscription, backed by 26 years of expert portfolio monitoring, management, and industry-leading portfolio uptime. For smaller financial institutions that lack dedicated ATM operations staff, bundled service-and-compliance offerings have become a practical way to maintain self-service channels without absorbing the escalating costs of regulatory adherence, security upgrades, and hardware lifecycle management.
"Grant Victor is the best in this business, and we are excited to join the team. Our clients have always counted on us to be there for them, and joining forces means they get that same commitment backed by an industry leader," said Trey Prats, Chief Executive Officer of Automated Transaction Delivery.
Prats will remain with Grant Victor, serving on the board and as Senior Vice President of Business Development.
