Fidelity Bank Goes Live with Alkami's MANTL Loan Origination in Under Three Months

Fidelity Bank has gone live with MANTL Loan Origination less than three months after kickoff, according to an announcement from Alkami Technology, Inc., a digital sales and service platform provider for financial institutions in the United States. The deployment unifies consumer loan origination across the bank's physical and digital banking channels, delivering a faster, more streamlined experience for both borrowers and employees. Fidelity Bank is now originating personal loans and vehicle loans through the platform.

An existing Alkami Digital Banking customer, Fidelity Bank expanded its relationship with Alkami by implementing MANTL Loan Origination to modernize consumer lending. During its evaluation of a new loan origination system, the bank prioritized automation and operational efficiency while seeking to deliver a connected online borrowing experience for the first time. By replacing siloed legacy systems with MANTL Loan Origination, Fidelity Bank has streamlined underwriting, fraud prevention, and credit decisioning, while creating a consistent lending experience regardless of where borrowers choose to apply. In practice, that closes a gap the bank's previously siloed systems left open: a personal or vehicle loan application can now move between the bank's website and its branches without restarting, because both channels run on the same origination workflow.

“MANTL delivers a faster, more seamless lending experience while preserving the personalized service that defines Fidelity Bank. This investment strengthens both the client experience and our operational efficiency,” said Daniel J. Santaniello, president and chief executive officer of Fidelity Bank.

Ruth Turkington, executive vice president and chief banking officer at Fidelity Bank, added: “Service equates to speed when delivering an exceptional client experience. By unifying our digital and in-person lending experience, we're making it easier for clients to access financing while allowing our bankers to focus on building relationships.”

With MANTL Loan Origination, Fidelity Bank can automate decisioning, enable straight-through processing, and reduce manual work through configurable workflows, integrated identity verification, and intelligent credit decisioning. These capabilities give branch teams more time to build relationships rather than enter data, while enabling Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and underwriting teams to work more efficiently and confidently — ultimately accelerating loan processing.

“Fidelity Bank's implementation reflects the accelerating momentum behind MANTL Loan Origination as more financial institutions seek to modernize consumer lending rather than navigate the complexity of legacy systems,” said Benjamin Conant, chief product and technology officer at Alkami. “Going live in a few months demonstrates how motivated and engaged financial institutions can rapidly deploy a modern lending platform that improves operational efficiency while delivering a modern digital experience borrowers don't often get from regional and community financial institutions — creating a meaningful competitive differentiator in a market increasingly shaped by digital-first expectations.”

What to watch from here: Fidelity Bank's rollout currently spans personal and vehicle loans, so any broadening of that product scope — or similarly fast go-lives at other regional and community institutions — would indicate the momentum behind MANTL Loan Origination is extending beyond a single deployment.
