Energy firm ExxonMobil is seeking to hire a marine fuels bunker scheduler in Singapore.

The company said in a LinkedIn job advertisement on Wednesday that it is looking for candidates with at least five years of experience in marine fuels, bunker scheduling and operations.

The advertisement lists the following knowledge, skills and experience for the role:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marine fuels, bunker scheduling, bunker operations, vessel and shipping coordination
• Strong understanding of bunker supply chains, delivery processes and marine transportation operations
• Good knowledge of Singapore port operations, maritime regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, operational, and technical teams
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
• Experience participating in incident response, supply disruption management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other operational planning, scheduling, and reporting tools

The role is based in Singapore, a major global bunkering hub where scheduling and coordination can be operationally important because marine fuel deliveries must align with vessel movements, port requirements and shipping timelines.
