Concentrix Partners With DragonFi to Launch Philippines' Largest Employer-Matched PERA Program for IT-BPM Employees

Concentrix, a global technology and business services company listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker CNXC, has partnered with stock brokerage DragonFi Securities, Inc. to administer an employer-matched Personal Equity and Retirement Account (PERA) program for its employees across the Philippines.

The two companies described the initiative as the country's largest employer-matched PERA program offered to Filipino information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) employees. The IT-BPM sector is one of the Philippines' largest private employers, generating billions of dollars in annual revenue and employing well over a million Filipinos, making benefit programs at this scale potentially significant for a broad segment of the workforce.

Concentrix selected DragonFi to power the program's digital interface and day-to-day administration through its PERA+ solution, which enables a nationwide rollout, the company said in a statement issued on Tuesday.

"By launching the Philippines' largest PERA matching program, Concentrix is making a profound investment in the financial future of its workforce," said DragonFi Chief Executive Officer Jon Carlo C. Lim.

DragonFi holds the distinction of being the Philippines' first Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-accredited PERA administrator. PERA, established under Republic Act No. 9505 (the PERA Act of 2008), is a voluntary, government-backed retirement savings framework designed to encourage long-term financial planning among Filipinos through tax incentives. Despite being law since 2008, PERA adoption has remained limited, and employer-matched implementations have been rare in the Philippines compared to retirement-matching norms in markets such as the United States.

Under the PERA+ program, eligible Concentrix employees will receive digital access to government-backed, tax-advantaged retirement portfolios. These accounts will be complemented by corporate matching contributions from Concentrix, structured to accelerate compound growth over time.

Concentrix said the initiative extends tax-advantaged wealth-building opportunities to qualified employees throughout the country as part of its broader employee-benefit portfolio. The move comes as competition for talent in the IT-BPM sector remains intense, with companies differentiating themselves through expanded benefits beyond base compensation.

"Our PERA+ program reflects our commitment to support our game-changers' long-term financial wellbeing through a shared investment approach that empowers them to take control of their retirement journey," said Hazel Bañas, Concentrix Philippines Group Vice-President for People Solutions.

DragonFi noted that the partnership advances its broader effort to make investing more accessible to Filipino workers.
