Masser brings experience across traditional banking, Web2 and Web3, including senior growth and business development roles within the TON space. At ChangeNOW, he will oversee strategic relationships with blockchain networks, wallets, fintech companies, payment providers and other infrastructure partners.

His appointment comes as ChangeNOW expands beyond standalone crypto services and moves toward a single connected product that allows users to buy, store, swap, trade, send, receive and grow digital assets. The broader industry has already developed most of the individual components, but users are still often required to move between platforms, understand different networks and connect the pieces themselves.
