Razon-led Bloomberry Resorts Corp. has launched an online platform that combines gaming and livestreaming as part of its digital gaming operations.
The platform, called OnlyFun.PH, sits within Bloomberry's FUNaloMAX digital portfolio and allows users to access online games while watching livestreamed content hosted by digital personalities and content creators, the company said in a statement on Thursday. The move extends the group's gaming business into digital channels alongside its land-based resort operations.
Users can also interact with hosts and other participants during livestreamed programs. Bloomberry described OnlyFun.PH as the Philippines' first regulated platform combining live entertainment and online gaming.
Bloomberry Vice-President and Head of Online Gaming Kelvin Kuan said the platform was developed in response to changes in how consumers access digital entertainment.
“By combining regulated gaming with live digital entertainment, we are delivering a fresh, locally tailored format that sets a new benchmark for online entertainment in the Philippines while upholding strict responsible gaming standards,” he said.
Licensing and safeguards
Bloomberry said OnlyFun.PH operates under the licensing and regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR), the government agency that licenses and regulates gaming operations in the Philippines. The platform applies know-your-customer (KYC) identity verification, data security measures, and player controls intended to support responsible gaming, according to the company.
Bloomberry also plans to introduce additional programs and features and to bring in more hosts, streamers, and content creators through partnerships. The company did not disclose the investment cost, revenue targets, or the expected financial contribution of the platform to its digital gaming business; any subsequent disclosure on these figures would clarify the platform's intended scale within FUNaloMAX.
