Bitcoin has shifted back to net inflows after an extended period of outflows, according to data cited from Farside Investors. U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recorded a net inflow of $69.1 million on the previous day, marking the seventh consecutive day of net inflows.

On-chain data platform Santiment said Bitcoin ETFs have posted net inflows for seven straight days since July 14. Over that period, total ETF inflows reached $981.2 million, while Bitcoin rose to $66,300.

Spot Bitcoin ETFs are closely watched because they provide a regulated route for investors to gain Bitcoin exposure through traditional brokerage accounts, and daily creations and redemptions can offer a visible gauge of demand. Santiment said the steady run of inflows, coming after heavy fund outflows in May and June, is being viewed as a notable sign that confidence among institutional investors is recovering. The firm’s analysts said sustained demand for ETFs could have a supportive effect on Bitcoin’s price.

Santiment also highlighted the relationship between ETF flows and BTC price action. Analysts said a similar sequence of inflows was last seen in October 2025, followed by a strong rally that took Bitcoin to its all-time high of $126,000.

The analysts cautioned that there is no guarantee the current trend will repeat or produce another surge. However, they said momentum in ETF inflows remains an important indicator for market participants to monitor closely, alongside broader liquidity conditions, derivatives positioning, and spot-market demand.

According to Santiment, the current level of ETF inflows is helping create a positive environment in which Bitcoin could potentially recover toward the $70,000 level. At the same time, the firm warned that a sudden and very large inflow could signal excessive optimism, or FOMO, in the market and the possible formation of a short-term price peak.
