ARCANUM Launches Lift, a Spot Trading Algorithm That Works Positions Deep in the Red
Key Takeaways
- •Arcanum Lift is ARCANUM's third trading algorithm and, unlike Pulse and Wave, is designed to manage existing spot positions rather than open new ones.
- •The algorithm scales positions in and out in small steps as the price moves a set delta, and users can direct trade results into either USDT or the underlying coin.
- •Lift requires a Bybit account and runs through the ARCANUM broker platform, which lists 349 spot pairs with strategies spanning timeframes from one week to five minutes.
- •Fees are performance-based at 10% of profit on profitable trades only, with no subscription, while broker exchange fees run around 0.04% to open and close at VIP 4-VIP 3 levels.
- •The tool opens to all users on September 25, 2026 in BETA form and has no track record yet, unlike Pulse, whose public record has spanned more than 11,000 closed trades since August 2024.

ARCANUM has rolled out Arcanum Lift, the company's third trading algorithm, broadening its lineup of automated tools beyond the existing Pulse and Wave products.
The release follows the company's September announcement of the upcoming launch: in an interview earlier this month, CEO Mikhail Ivanov described the new product as "one that will trade the underlying assets rather than perpetuals."
Whereas Pulse and Wave address the question of what to enter — opening new positions on signals — Lift tackles a different problem: what to do with a coin already bought well above its current price. Operating on the spot market, the algorithm manages a position the user already holds, building and unloading it in small steps and closing each step once the price has moved by a set delta, thereby optimizing the position's cost basis.
"Anyone trading spot has a position bought well above the market. The usual choice is simple: wait for a reversal or take the loss," said Mikhail Ivanov, CEO of ARCANUM, in a written statement. "Lift adds a third option — work that position while the price moves inside a range. We built the tool we needed ourselves," he added.
Lift also serves a second use case: growing the coin balance. During setup, the user chooses where the result of each trade is directed — into USDT or into the coin itself — so in the second mode, the coin amount on the balance increases.
The tool is available inside the ARCANUM broker platform, whose catalogue lists 349 spot pairs. Each coin comes with several strategies that differ by working timeframe, ranging from one week down to five minutes, with a backtest filling in the parameters. Entering an average purchase price is optional and serves only to show where the position stands.
Arcanum Lift: Setup, Fees and Availability
Getting started with Lift requires a Bybit account, as the algorithm trades on that exchange. Authorization runs through Bybit, meaning there is no separate registration on the ARCANUM platform. Funds are transferred from the user's own Bybit account to the ARCANUM spot broker account linked to the same Bybit UID, and deposits and withdrawals work only with that account.
Once the user selects a coin and a strategy, the algorithm manages the position on its own, while settings remain editable and the slot can be paused at any time.
The fee structure is tied directly to performance: 10% of the profit generated, applied to profitable trades only. A losing trade carries no fee, there is no subscription, and Lift requires no separate fee wallet to be topped up. Exchange trading fees on the broker account sit at the VIP 4–VIP 3 level depending on the counterparty of the trade — around 0.04% to open and close, against 0.1% on base terms.
Lift becomes available to all platform users on September 25, 2026 and is marked BETA in the interface. The tool has no track record of its own yet; it will build up alongside the history of real user trades — unlike Pulse, whose public track record has been open for verification since August 2024 and now spans more than 11,000 closed trades. For readers assessing the new product, the distinction means Lift's operating history will develop only after its user trades begin accumulating, while the available evidence for Pulse already includes a public record of closed trades.
ARCANUM is a trading infrastructure built on proprietary algorithms. Its product line includes Pulse, an automated perpetual futures algorithm; Wave, a semi-automated tool for active traders; Lift, a spot algorithm; and a White Label platform for exchanges and partners, currently running six partner brands. The operating entity is Alteriom LLC, licensed by Dubai Economy for software development and distribution, and holds Bybit Official Broker status with completed verification.
