MOSCOW, Russia — October 12, 2026 — A7, the Russian international settlement system created by Bank PSB, will present a new offering on October 13: A7 International, a service that enables users to pay a foreign counterparty's invoice in USDT, with the funds arriving via a standard SWIFT bank transfer in the required currency. USDT is a stablecoin pegged to the U.S. dollar, while SWIFT is the global interbank messaging network used to initiate cross-border bank transfers — meaning payers can fund an invoice in the token while counterparties receive a routine bank transfer in the currency the invoice calls for.
The service is aimed primarily at foreign trade operators, although individuals are also eligible customers. The fee is fixed at 0.3 percent, a flat rate that makes the cost of each payment predictable in advance.
Petr Fradkov, Chairman of PJSC Bank PSB, and Ilan Shor, CEO of A7, are scheduled to present the new project during a live broadcast on October 13 at 13:13. The broadcast will be available at giving viewers a direct look at the project as the two executives present it.
