The offering enables users to pay a foreign counterparty's invoice in USDT, the US dollar-pegged stablecoin, with the funds arriving via a standard SWIFT bank transfer in the required currency. The structure means the paying side settles in a dollar-pegged digital asset, while the foreign counterparty receives a routine incoming bank transfer in the currency their invoice calls for, without needing to handle the stablecoin directly.
The service is aimed primarily at foreign trade operators, though individuals are also eligible customers. The fee is fixed at 0.3 percent, giving users a known cost per transfer.
